Carol manages accounting and human resources, including implementation of policies and procedures and benefits administration, and provides direct support to the senior  management. She also manages all corporate lines of insurance. Prior to joining CESI in the fall of 2006, Carol was Manager of Administrative Services at Select Energy Services, Inc. She was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, hiring and performance reviews, and benefits administration. When she isn’t at the office, Carol enjoys walking, practicing yoga, and hiking.
